Jim Howard: Let the beach house be relaxed. Nothing too dear. I've done fancy beach houses, but when I go there, I see people walking around in shorts and flip-flops: a disconnect. Beach houses should be places where everyone can kick back. Open windows, people coming and going, grilling and spilling cocktails — it all has to be okay.
Love this house,too. I'm a big fan of Jim Howard ;think he's actually better than his wife. His use of color-so clear and spot on- makes me want to slipcover my sofa in a beautiful aqua....
