First of all, I had no clue when I took this picture last spring, that I would be adding it to my then non-existent design blog, so please excuse the wine glass and clutter on the mantel! :)
But...I still wanted to share this image because I adore this quote and every lesson behind it, and most importantly, I adore the incredible person who created it. This canvas was created by the fabulous LOUISE McCOWN, which she designed for her baby Charlotte's nursery. She handmade this, and I was so impressed (and inspired) that I had to take a picture! Louise is one of the most creative and talented people I know. She is TRULY one-of-a-kind, and has been SUCH a huge blessing in my life since I moved to Mobile. God is good, and I know He put Louise in my life for a reason...

ReplyDeleteI'm pretty sure Louise wrapped fabric around a canvas and used a staple gun to secure the fabric. Then she bought stencils and used a pencil and pen to etch the letters. Hope this helps! Good luck!
